Depends on size of roof but normally 1-3 days.

Ice buildup on eaves of sloped roofs of heated buildings that results from melting under a snow pack reaching the eave and freezing there. Freezing at the eave impedes drainage of melted water, which adds to the ice dam and causes back up of the melted water, which may cause water leakage into the roof and more damage to the building and its contents..

We use both measurement software and hand measure the roof surface and slope of roof.

Typically stains are caused by lack of copper granules in roof shingles. New roofing shingles materials have more copper content and come with a stain warranty.

We recommend ridge venting whenever possible. There are other method of roof venting which include power exhaust vents, and non mechanical metal type vents

This depends on your insurance company sending an adjustor to look at the damage. We can determine if you have hail damage on your roof by either visually inspecting the roof and/or drone inspection with hail detection software.

We never ask for a deposit or “up front” money form our customers. The invoice will be sent to after the roof has been completed. We are family and veteran owned.
