Phenomenal work! Got the job done in a day and were the epitome of courtesy. Les was straightforward, honest, and up front the whole way through from start to finish. They certainly made every effort to be as accommodating as possible and were sure to clean up very well. If you're looking for a newer, better, roof then these are the people you want getting it done for you.

Les Norris Roofing did a great job for my dad down in Lewisburg. He had wind damage and we called the insurance company. We had a previous company come out who would not give a quote but wanted to know how much the insurance company was paying, not Les. They provided a quote for us for the actual job which made us feel much better. They were on time, did a great job on the new roof and finished quickly. The clean-up was done great also. Would definitely recommend this local company!

We used Les Norris for installation of a new roof on our property in May 2019. I don't write reviews often so I am just getting around to this, but Les was so professional that I wanted to go out of my way to leave this review nearly 3 years later because they did such a great job. Timely, professional, quality work. Les did what he said he would do and nowadays not many people say what they mean and mean what they say and we really appreciated not having to worry about people following through. We will definitely use his services again!

Les Norris and his crew were amazing! When I called Les to ask him if he could come by to give me an estimate, he showed up that afternoon and was very professional and prepared. He came with an estimate and the choices we had for our roof. From the time the crew arrived, Les was here to oversee the work but the guys did a great job! I've had such a time getting people to come out and give me an estimate. Then after the estimate, coming back to do the work. Mr and Mrs Norris were the opposite of my previous encounters. I had an estimate the next day and was on the schedule that week. This is a great company! I highly recommend them!

Les Norris and his crew made getting my roof replaced an easy, great experience. He was the out to quote it the same day I called for one and out to put it on before the timeline he gave me. He called and let me know everything to make sure it was okay with me. Our roof was damaged in the recent tornado, Les Norris Roofing came recommended from a friend of mine that recently retired from the roofing industry. Les Norris came out himself to provide an estimate and he was the only person from three companies to go through exactly what would be done and the materials to be used. The other companies wanted to know how much the insurance was paying for and the handed you a paper with a price. Les never asked about how much the insurance was covering and provided a fair estimate.

Les made me feel comfortable doing business with him so much so that I also had his company replace all of the gutters on the house with larger 6in gutters, a project we had been putting off.

Les Norris Roofing was quick to come out and replace the roof. The quality of the work was top notch. His crew cleaned up the site and made sure there was no debris or most importantly nails left behind. I would not hesitate to call Les Norris Roofing for another need or recommend Les Norris Roofing to someone else.

Called Les roofing llc the day after the tornado came through in lebanon. He was in pulaski ky at the time. He drove from there to my house the same day to inspect the damages and get a quote and sat down in the dark with flash ligjts and went over the damages that je had seen. Called 4 other companies he was the only that actually got up on the roof and did an inspection and did not want to see what my insurance company was paying for. I accepted his quote and then showed him my paper work and found that the insurance company was not doing repairs to codes amd got it taken care off. His crew came the follwing sunday and did full roof repair in one day. Cleaned up theough after themselves ive only found one nail since repair. And took 2 wks to find it. His extremely professional and polite and so is crew. If and whenever i need a roof or gutters again he will be the only company i call. After the tornado, we are trying to find people to help us fix our roof. Les drove a long way, through all of the traffic just to meet with us. He sat in the dark ( we still didn't have power at the time) with us to discuss everything. Extremely professional, kind and honest. He was the only one to give us an actual quote, the others wanted to see what insurance would pay first. My roof looks amazing, they got it done quickly. Amazing company, it is hard to find people you can trust in the situation we was in, we are extremely lucky to have found this company!!

Les Norris and his crew did a great job on a full replacement of my roof this past week. To summarize, they did a quality job at a very reasonable price, which is the definition of providing great value to their customer.

Specifically, I had a few leaks due to shoddy/inadequate work done by previous owner(s) of my home, as well as some rotting decking boards. The issues were addressed effectively and quickly. I am confident that, as Les stated, my roof is now "watertight."

In addition, Les has responded quickly and effectively to a couple of minor issues that his crew caused, i.e., dump trailer leaving ruts in my front yard and a little drywall damage on an interior wall by a dormer window upstairs. These issues have been/are being addressed to my satisfaction.

Based on my experience detailed above, I highly recommend Les Norris Roofing for any roofing work needed.

Contacted other roofers in the area who never showed up. Then called Les. He showed up, listened to what I had in mind, gave me his thoughts and we shook hands on a deal. He showed up days later to instal my new gutters on my building. He did a great job and I was very happy with the job he did. I would recommend him to anyone. Fast, courteous, and priced under what I was expecting! Will definitely be using him again on my other properties! 5 stars out of 5!!

I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and Norris Roofing is "Stellar." It was a total roof tear off, sheath repair, and then improved replacement. They came in, were on the spot, did their work with minimal intrusion, and left with everything cleaned up, picked up. Moreover, they worked with the adjuster and insurance company to assure my interests were correctly and properly cared for. As I have said, "Contractors", this being the fourth roof I have had replaced due to storm damage on the homes I have owned. Norris was there with constant oversight and response, THE BEST!

Some of the most appreciated qualities of a contractor are quick responses andfast estimates, coupled with great work. Les Norris is great in all these areas! Les has replaced several roofs for us over the past few years. The quality and work have been excellent.

We had to replace our roof due to a leak I luckily heard before it did any damage to our home. We put out the call to several contractors and set up times for estimates. Les was the first to come out. He made it a point to listen to, and answer any questions we had. Presented us with a professional bid, which included a booklet containing the different shingle types and colors. He also had samples of the components his company uses.

Once we got the bids in we found that they were all going to be about the same price, however Les was going to use higher quality products and offer a better warranty on the roof. So we naturally awarded the contract to Les Norris Roofing.

When they arrived to install the roof I was leaving for work, and by the time I got home that afternoon they already had half the new shingles on the house. My wife was very pleased that Les was there onsite the entire first day. The crew was very polite and professional and they did not leave until they had finished the house and had wrapped the roof on the shop. The following day one of the crew came and finished the shop before I got home from work.
