Les, Sorry for the delay for this on this message. We have been having computer problems. Les Norris Roofing Company is a first class, Triple AAA contractor. All aspects, from planning the new roof to the cleanup were completed very proficiently and very efficiently. The work crew was very knowledgeable and displayed very good work ethics. We are 110% satisfied with their work roofing our house and highly recommend Les for any roofing job that might be needed.

We had to replace our roof due to a leak I luckily heard before it did any damage to our home. We put out the call to several contractors and set up times for estimates. Les was the first to come out. He made it a point to listen to, and answer any questions we had. Presented us with a professional bid, which included a booklet containing the different shingle types and colors. He also had samples of the components his company uses.

Once we got the bids in we found that they were all going to be about the same price, however Les was going to use higher quality products and offer a better warranty on the roof. So we naturally awarded the contract to Les Norris Roofing.

When they arrived to install the roof I was leaving for work, and by the time I got home that afternoon they already had half the new shingles on the house. My wife was very pleased that Les was there onsite the entire first day. The crew was very polite and professional and they did not leave until they had finished the house and had wrapped the roof on the shop. The following day one of the crew came and finished the shop before I got home from work.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of both Les and his crew. We have already recommended Les Norris Roofing to our neighbors, and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Les Norris and his crew made getting my roof replaced an easy, great experience. He was the out to quote it the same day I called for one and out to put it on before the timeline he gave me. He called and let me know everything to make sure it was okay with me. He and his crew are super knowledgeable about roofing and I couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism they provided to me. Everyone from the lady I spoke to in the office and the men putting the roof on were super nice and professional. Les Norris is going to be my go-to recommendation for anyone needing a roof! Also to add, Les was the only person to sit down with me and show me all of his information and exactly what he would use on my house as well as provide all the material for me to keep and review. 5 stars on all fronts from me!

Phenomenal work! Got the job done in a day and were the epitome of courtesy. Les was straightforward, honest, and up front the whole way through from start to finish. They certainly made every effort to be as accommodating as possible and were sure to clean up very well. If you're looking for a newer, better, roof then these are the people you want getting it done for you.
